Janet Zelenczuk had wished for a large kitchen for her Surbiton home for some time. She made the decision to have an extension built to make the most of her plans and then she proceeded to have her kitchen designed. All she needed was someone who shared her love of attention to detail to install it.

Janet browsed through Check-a-Trade and found Aspire. We went to see her and, so she could see our work for herself, took her to view a previous kitchen we’d installed.

Janet accepted our quote and, as she was set on the project to being completed within a certain time frame, we worked out a schedule to suit her requirements.

Taking Time to Triple Check the Details

Janet had selected her kitchen from a trade supplier, so to make everything easier, we purchased it for her using our trade account. Her kitchen designer had created plans and, when it’s the case we’re not doing the design work ourselves, we’ll always take time to triple check all the details to make sure everything works in practice.

On this occasion, we discovered that the plans didn’t quite work. They had been drawn up before the extension was complete so there were some discrepancies with measurements which affected some of the features that were planned. We discussed alternative options with Janet, and then adapted the plans to suit.

Sourcing Suitable Kitchen Appliances

Another of our jobs on this project was sourcing kitchen appliances and we took great care to ensure they were all befitting of the design, and there were no issues with measurements. Janet said, “They were so careful with the detail. They stopped to think about things, took their time. They even obsessed over lining up the handles on the furniture. And the granite worktop was just perfect!”

Janet was extremely pleased with how the project ran, and with her completed kitchen. She had this to say: “I’m very impressed. It was all incredibly professional and efficient.
